This spot has a rich historical past. Arrange your stay during summer events if that appeals to you.
I just googled pet friendly lodging so I didn't know anything about this Inn before I came. This was a surprise to me. Just lucked into something great. But I do like historical settings.
I could feel the energy of all those great minds that gathered in the past. My dog is in love with Big Water so she was happy too. We ate the included breakfast on the porch in the am before we departed.
