Torrential rain, no option to cancel or rearrange, most of the animals in their enclosures, no feeding times because of weather BUT still open and take your money

The grandkids and I had a wonderful visit and will go back as there was so much to see that we didn't get to. I like how they are doing a lot of conservation and the animals have more space than other zoos I have been to. They also gave military discounts.

Miami zoo is the best laid out zoo we've seen! Beautiful pathways and, most importantly, lots of room for the animals to roam. Very friendly aides posted at various stations with wonderful explanations of zoo matters. Would highly recommend!

The Zoo Miami was an experience. First of all there’s Safari Cycles that you can rent. These are bike cars that will seat up to 4 people and you have peddle to make it move. My family decided not to do it because we felt we could see the park better walking. Well we are we’re able to see the park but didn’t see the whole thing due to how big it is. There’s a reason you can rent the cycle cars. We saw everything but the Australian section in 2 and half hours. I would also like to say that becides being the biggest zoo I have ever been too, this zoo had a lot of animals that you don’t normally see at other zoos. So if your interested In seeing a zoo that has something different than look no further. The zoo staff members are also really nice and helpful and will answer any question you have on animal and where to go. Over all I would say this is a great zoo for families as it as a lot of food options, transportation options it even has a mini train. The one thing I will say is the price is totally worth it. Even though its a lot I think it’s a bargain for what you see and I will be back again

Everyone was so very nice and knowledgeable of each animal I had questions with. The park was very clean and large enough for social distancing. The food was very tasty and I enjoyed myself to the max. Thank you so very much for a wonderful birthday experience.

This place is at a rip off and in the middle of nowhere. The animals not so good, the place needs updating.

August in Fla is hot. Very hot. All the portable mister were great. They sprayed the finest mist and cooled you off. There were a good size of people there also. The Zoo is very clean and there are many animals.m

We had an amazing experience at Zoo Miami! We took the VIP and Backstage tour with Anthony as our personal tour guide. Anthony was a wonderful guide - he was friendly, knowledgeable and fun! We strongly recommend visiting this incredible zoo. As a plus, the food is great!!

Great experience, went two days back to back. Park was accomodating as we purchased tickets for one day, but could not go for that day due to serious flight delays.
